you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason,
you will receive a full refund if you cancel your
account within 30 days of the activation of your
account.
Our refund policy does not include Domain Registration,
Domain Transfers, any add-on services such as dedicated
IP, SSH, SSL and setup fees. No refunds are available
after 30 days. In order to cancel service, you must
contact Fastlane Servers Network Customer Relations
Team, Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. or
via email at billing@fastlaneservers.net.
Accounts canceled/terminated by Fastlane Servers
Network for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify
for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if
your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not
be given any refund. 30 day money back also voids if you
request and agree to get our billing panel for
resellers.
All cancellation and REFUND REQUESTS must be made by
the official account holder for the hosting account, and
shall be effective upon receipt by Fastlane Servers
Network . You must request the refund on the
cancellation form and then you will receive it within
24-48 hours of account cancellation.
Refunds do not apply to accounts that have been
closed for violating our Terms Of Service.
After 30 days, if you are not satisfied with our
hosting services, you may cancel your account and
receive a pro-rated refund for any time (days) remaining
on your account.
